Map updates for Garmin navigators

Removed houses and buildings from maps to decrease map size.

Removed custom red line for private roads

Improved routing over long distances.

Fixed a problem with copying maps from BaseCamp to a GPS device.

Fixed problem with city search on GPS units.

Improved navigation to street intersections.

BaseCamp installer now uninstalls the previous version of the map.

Added icon for wind turbines.
