Fixed bad abbreviations like West Ave appearing as W Ave, South Rd appearing as S Rd, etc.

Fixed abbreviation problem for road names beginning with "Est".

Imported latest version of address data from OpenAddresses.

Added neighborhoods as searchable POIs.

Removed localities from Cities POI list. Localities are still present when searching by name.

Removed duplicate names in highway exit instructions.
