Fixed a problem with direct downloads of the larger maps. There was a bug in a recent security update that didn't allow these downloads to complete. Thank you to the user who reported the problem.

Adjusted the torrent files to be compatible with more BitTorrent applications.

Moved Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from Northern Europe to the new Baltic States map and removed Faroe Islands from Nothern Europe. Faroe Islands is already available as a separate map. This change allows the Northern Europe map to be under the 2GB limit for older devices.
