Added neighborhoods as searchable POIs.

Removed localities from Cities POI list. Localities are still present when searching by name.

Removed duplicate names in highway exit instructions.

Improved display of map name in GPS unit.

Switched to using the map name in the file for the SD Card version. This makes it easier to use multiple maps on an SD Card.

Added branch name to store POIs to make it easier to find the specific store you want.

Improved NL A-highway numbers in driving directions.

Improved turn instructions for roads with sharp turns.
