Adjusted the torrent files to be compatible with more BitTorrent applications.

Fixed problem with street names not displaying on Garmin Vista HCx and GPSmap 60Cx devices.

Improved compatibility with Garmin GPSMAP handheld devices.

Changed "Internet (wlan)" to more understandable "Internet (wifi)".

Added Windows BaseCamp / MapSource installer.

Fixed abbreviation problem for road names beginning with "Est".

Added neighborhoods as searchable POIs.
