Map updates for Garmin navigators

Prohibited routing on roads for 4-wheel drive vehicles.

Fixed problem with chip sealed roads. These roads are now treated as paved.

Removed reference prefix on store names.

Improved address search for some edge cases.

Added sidewalks and footways where bikes are allowed.

Removed benches from map to decrease size.

Switched to using a thin blue line for streams instead a thicker dashed line.

Allow multiple maps to be installed in BaseCamp with the Windows installer.
